Just In: Buhari seeks Senate approval to appoint 15 advisers

Just as Nigerians are beginning to raise eyebrows over the delay by President Muhammadu Buhari in constituting a team, the president has sent a request to the senate for approval to appoint 15 special advisers in his government.
The letter was read in the Senate on Tuesday by the Senate president, David Mark.
It was the first correspondence from the president to the national assembly since he took office.
No mention was made of those whom the president hoped to appoint.
