It was learnt that the duo of Chapa and Gracie struck a deal to have se*x in the bathroom in exchange for the lighter.

It was further gathered that after the romp, Gracie went to the shelves and picked more items while her partner cleaned himself up.

When he came out, he was captured giving Gracie $10 which he brought from the cash register.

Now, Chapa has been charged with prostitution and risks a jail term that could last as long as 180 days if convicted.

His bail was set at $1,000.
